Achieving Time Management
Posted by: | CommentsMost of us are familiar with a schedule. Some of us may already be on a schedule but is it really working for you? Are you keeping your schedule? Is your current schedule helping you to be as productive as you could be? You need to understand how a time management schedule can help you.
To fully understand this, we need to understand the concept of time management. While most of us understand the concept of time, it can get a little confusing when you add the word management in there. What does this really mean? Basically time management is the process of managing your time.
A time management schedule helps you block out exactly what you’re doing with your time to maintain a productive flow throughout your day. Whenever there is idle time, or when you don’t have a clear plan for what you are doing throughout the day, there leaves room to be unproductive.
You can determine what will happen with each of these 24 hours, and this is determined by time management scheduling. Using this schedule allows you to decide how best to use those 24 hours while completing everything you need done, and still having that extra time to relax.
As you begin scheduling your time, and making it work for you, start writing down what you will be doing each day, weekly, and on a monthly basis. You then begin to sort tasks out into distinct, related groups, and estimate specific times for each one. Remember, it’s better to overestimate than underestimate and end up running out of time for each individual task. It is necessary to be realistic and complete with this task to ensure you get everything outlined.
Then when you have all the tasks written with time frames on them, you can begin to organize them into a schedule. Some things may take priority over other things and some things may be done at certain times of the day or on a certain day of the week. Keeping all your tasks arranged correctly in a schedule format will help you whenever you need to refer back to it.
The Importance of Effective And Efficient Relationships
Posted by: | CommentsBuilding a strong relationship is a very important priority. It is something that should not be taken lightly, and needs to be maintained. A long lasting, efficient relationship is the basis of the well being of the people. All of this depends on how well a group or organization works with the management.
An ineffective group or organization can really be very frustrating. It can also ask so much on their members to where the members would have no life outside the walls of the area where they work, or sacrifice the other aspects of their life just to meet deadlines. For an organization or group with this kind of scenario, relationships can be stressed or suffer from breakdown. People or other entities that depend on these groups or organization also suffer.
An efficient society is based on how well everyone works with one another towards achieving a common goal. This comes from building a good relationship made with cooperation and respect. When you begin to build an effective and efficient relationship, you must start to understand the other parties’ feelings. Hear what they have to say and go from there. When they feel important, that when the respect will come out, leading to cooperation.
To build an effective and efficient relationship deserves a great amount of respect. Take some time to listen to other parties and understand where they are coming from. By doing this, you are gaining a huge amount of respect that will bring about a loyal and cooperative relationship.
Difference among parties is always around. To build an effective relationship, you should listen to all sides of each party’s perspective on a situation. One party will find that the relationship is important to keep and will show more understanding and support to appease the other party. They try to deal with it in many ways, and sometimes a solution is found and sometimes it is not, but at least there was effort shown.
Having an informal discussion in a calm atmosphere allows a party to be relax and easily express their feelings. You must listen to one another, and never pre-judge. Each party must be able to express their perspectives or else a effective and efficient relationship will never be built.
Parties should be aware that certain things exist naturally but should be controlled in any dealings in any relationship. Human nature is one. Some of these things found in a relationship also include a history of stereotyping or mistrust, blaming the other person or party for a strained relationship, excluding the other party’s feelings when focusing on a task, no clear and defined objectives, roles and expectations of each party in a relationship is also unclear. Relationships are important to anyone, addressing issues and problems right away is a must to further improve the relationship. As they say, “No man is an Island”.
